We have decided to move into town....dum dum duuummmm :) We have LOVED our 3 1/2 years in our home in Woodworth, but right now it just makes financial sense for us to move back into Alexandria. We are spending SO MUCH on gas, and with interest rates as low as they are, we could actually go down in mortgage payments.
SO, we are selling by owner and depending on word-of-mouth and the good ol' internet for spreading the word!
